    Piwulangan ing jaman saiki,  siswa dituntut luwih aktif sajrone pamulangan. Sajrone K-13 “Membaca dan Menulis Kalimat Sederhana dengan Aksara Jawa”, panulis nliti kawasisane siswa nulis pasangan ca, ja, ma, ba, ka, ta, la kang dirasa angel. Panliten nggunakake medhia smart card kanthi teknik TS-TS. Tujuwan yaiku ngandharake asile pasinanon kelas kang ora nggunakake medhia smart card kanthi teknik TS-TS, ngandharake asile pasinaon kelas kang nggunakake medhia smart card kanthi teknik TS-TS, ngandharake pengaruh medhia smart card kanthi teknik TS-TS tumrap kawasisan nulis pasangan ca, ja, ma, ba lan ka, ta, la lan ngandharake respons siswa. Metodhe kang digunakake yaiku eksperimen, disain quasi eksperimental design lan modhel nonequivalent control group design. Asil panliten yaiku ora ana pambeda kang signifikan antarane asil pre-test post-test ing kelas kontrol yaiku kelas kang ora nggunakake medhia, kabukti saka titung kelas kontrol ing panliten 1 lan 2 kang kurang saka ttabel 0,1697 yaiku 0,76 lan 0,09. Asile pamulangan kelas eksperimen nduweni pambeda kang signifikan antarane asil pre-test post-test yaiku sadurunge lan sawise ditrapake medhia smart card kanthi teknik TS-TS ing panliten 1 lan 2. Kata Kunci: smart card, TS-TS (Two Stay-Two Stray), kawasisan, pasangan ca, ja, ma, ba, ka, ta, la   Abstrak Pembelajaran di era saat ini menuntut siswa untuk lebih aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Dalam K-13 “Membaca dan Menulis Kalimat Sederhana dengan Aksara Jawa”, penulis meneliti kemampuan siswa dalam pasangan ca, ja, ma, ba dan ka, ta, la karena memiliki  kaidah tertentu yang dirasa sulit. Penelitian ini menggunakan media smart card teknik TS-TS (Two Stay-Two Stray). Tujuan, memaparkan hasil pembelajaran kelas kontrol, hasil pembelajaran kelas eksperimen, pengaruh media smart card teknik TS-TS, dan respon siswa. Metode yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen, disain quasi eksperimental design dan model nonequivalent control group design. Hasil, tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pre-test post-test kelas kontrol yaitu kelas yang tidak menggunakan media smart card, terbukti titung kelas kontrol penelitian 1 dan 2 kurang dari ttabel 0,1697 yaitu 0,76 dan 0,09. Hasil pembelajaran kelas eksperimen memiliki perbedaan signifikan antara hasil pre-test post-test yaitu sebelum dan setelah penerapan media smart card teknik TS-TS, terbukti dari perhitungan t-tes signifikansi yang menunjukkan titung > ttabel yaitu 4,85 dan 5,5 sehingga media smart card teknik TS-TS memiliki pengaruh, bisa disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pembelajaran kelas yang tidak menggunakan media dan kelas yang menggunakan media smart card teknik TS-TS. Perbandingan hasil kelas kontrol dan eksperimen dalam penelitian 1 dan 2 yang menghasilkan titung > ttabel yaitu 2,29 > 2,000 dan 2,62 > 2,000. Respons siswa menunjukkan media smart card teknik TS-TS bisa menumbuhkan minat lan motivasi. Siswa merasa senang dan mudah ketika menggunakan media tersebut. Siswa lebih mudah memahami pasangan ca, ja, ma, ba, ka, ta, la sehingga media smart card teknik TS-TS bisa diterapake dalam proses pembelajaran.     Penerapan Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Stad Untuk Meningkatan Aktivitas Belajar Dan Hasil Belajar Ilmu Kimia Siswa Sman 1 Natar Lampung Selatan

    : The purpose of this study is to facilitate students to learn with the STAD type of cooperative learning in order to improve students\u27 learning activities, enhance students\u27 cognitive achievements, and increase the percentage of students who obtained a score above 64 of students classroom X.2 and X.3 at SMAN 1 Natar South Lampung . To achieve the goals of the research conducted classroom action research on classroom X.2 and X.3 at SMAN 1 Natar South Lampung. Research was conducted for three cycles of the academic year 2005/2006. Stages of the action taken on each cycle starts from: 1) the action planning phase, 2) phase of the implementation of actions and observations, 3) evaluation, and 4) reflection. Indicators were measures of success: 1) an increase of five per cent of learning activities, 2) an increasing cognitive achievements mean of five digits (score) compared with the cognitive achievements in the previous cycle, and 3) an increasing percentage of the number of students who obtained a score above 64, for a minimum of 5 percent from cycle to cycle. Based on the results of data analysis found that: 1) there was an increased in activity of learning from first cycle to second cycle were between 2.76% to 10.71%, and an increased in activity cycle of learning from second to third cycles were between 0.21% to 4.48 %, 2) there was an increased in mean score of learning outcome from first cycle to second cycle of 6.39 points, and an improved in mean score of achievements from second cycle to third cycle for 6.29, and 3) there was an increased the percentage of students who obtained a score above 64 from first cycle to second cycles of 6.06%, and an increased the percentage of students obtained a score above 64 from second cycle to third cycles of 8.85%. The conclusion of this study is that type STAD cooperative learning can improved students\u27 learning activities, enhanced students\u27 cognitive achievements, and increased the percentage of students who obtained score above 64 of students achievements at classroom X.2 and X.3 SMAN 1 Natar South Lampung

    Stopping Powers and Inelastic Mean Free Path of 100 eV to 30 keV Electrons in Zirconium Silicates

    We have determined the electron stopping power (SP) and inelastic mean free path (IMFP) of (ZrO2)x(SiO2)1-x (x=1, 0.75, 0.5, 0.25, 0) for electron energies from 100 eV to 30 keV by means of modified Born–Ochkur equations. The energy loss function (ELF) is required in the calculation of SP and IMFP. We used the electron energy losses from 0 to 80 eV obtained by quantitative analysis of reflection electron energy-loss spectroscopy (REELS) spectra. The values of SP and IMFP for high contents of ZrO2 (x=50% and x=75%) in Zr-silicates are similar to those of ZrO2, and similar to those of SiO2 for low contents of ZrO2 (x=25%) in Zr-silicates. There are small differences in the values of SP and IMFP for ZrO2 and SiO2.We found that the SP decreases while the IMFP increases with increasing electron energy. We have demonstrated that the ELF obtained from the quantitative analysis of REELS spectra provide us with a straightforward way to determine SP and IMFP for alloy materials by using modified Born-Ochkur equations. Received: 04 December 2012; Revised: 18 December 2012; Accepted: 19 December 201

    Community Development Model With Community Base Forest Management Through the Setting of Management Forest Rights in Tanggamus

    Nowadays the forest policy has given the opportunity to the community for taking a part in managing the forest area that gives the benefit for the community that lives near that area. This can be done by giving the access or rights to the community by placing them as the first actor for managing the forest land. This research was done using a qualitative approach with descriptive type. The research was done in three steps during three-years duration. The research used the field and laboratory research. The field research was done in forest area Register 30 in Tanggamus, meanwhile the laboratory research was done in Law and Social Politics Faculty using the appropriate medias. The result showed that the spirit of the government program named Program Community Base Forest Management (CBFM) through the schematic of community forest was done successfully but with some limitations. We suggest that the local government should give the support by guiding the community in the field for managing the area and giving them some. Also, the government should give the legislatives the political support such as financial aid and the legal rights for the community to manage the land area.     Keywords: community development, community forest management, base management forest right

    Tutor is one important element in sustainability education. Teacher mentors participate in the formation of the personality of students. In this case foster students to be more optimal. In providing guidance and counseling services to students, teachers, counselors do not work alone but in coordination with the various parties that exist in the environment, whether it is internal, namely the teachers and principals, but also with external parties, such as parents, school committees, community, as well as other experts. A guidance counselor who has competence in the field of course will implement guidance and counseling services in accordance with the guidelines for the implementation of guidance and counseling, supported by other elements in the learning process. If all such cooperation to work effectively, the performance of a tutor in conducting guidance and konselingpun will run effectively. Above phenomena researchers wanted to uncover the influence of teacher competence, organizational climate, and school leadership on the performance of a tutor at SMA derby Cimahi. This study uses a quantitative approach and descriptive correlational method. The conclusion that the competence of counselors at high schools in the town of Cimahi is in either category. Organizational climate at high schools in the town of Cimahi is in either category. Leadership principals in high schools in the city are in the category of good Cimahi. And performance in high school guidance counselor State Cimahi also the very good category. In addition there is the influence of the supervising teacher competence, oorganisasi climate, and school leadership on the performance of a tutor at 68.1%.From the research results can be recommended for schools to be able to maintain and improve the competence of a tutor can be improved further, more conducive organizational climate and school leadership are more effective. Where schools have always provided an opportunity and provide encouragement and facilitate the tutor to develop the potential of both the education and training.     Dekolorisasi Fotokatalitik Air Limbah Tekstil Mengandung Zat Warna Azo Acid Red 4 Menggunakan Mikropartikel Tio2 Dan Zno

    Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi terhadap proses dekolorisasi fotokatalitik air limbah tekstil artifisialmengandung zat warna azo Acid Red 4 (AR4) dengan menggunakan katalis mikropartikel TiO2 dan ZnO. Tujuanpenelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan proses fotokatalitik optimum dengan menganalisis pengaruh variabel antaralain: pH, konsentrasi awal zat warna, dosis katalis, kombinasi katalis, dan temperatur awal air limbah. Evaluasi terhadapefisiensi dan laju dekolorisasi dilakukan melalui pengukuran absorbansi menggunakan spektrofotometer.Proses dekolorisasi fotokatalitik AR4 ditemukan berlangsung efektif pada kondisi optimum: pH 11, konsentrasiawal zat warna 10 mg/L dan dosis katalis 0,5 g/L baik untuk mikropartikel TiO2 maupun ZnO. Setelah waktu irradiasiselama 2 jam, proses dengan mikropartikel ZnO mampu mencapai efisiensi dekolorisasi lebih baik (89,9%)dibanding mikropartikel TiO2 (86,9%). Berdasarkan kinetika reaksi pseudo orde pertama, dekolorisasi fotokatalitikmenggunakan mikropartikel ZnO memperlihatkan laju lebih cepat (k'= 0,022 menit-1) dibandingkan denganmikropartikel TiO2 (k'= 0,018 menit-1). Kombinasi kedua jenis katalis menyebabkan laju dekolorisasi menjadi lebihlambat (k'= 0,015 menit-1) dibandingkan penggunaan katalis secara individual.     Permendikbud number 65 of 2013 stipulates that the process of learning in the curriculum implemented in 2013 through a scientific approach. The Government has launched a character education in every level of education that is integrated into subjects. Worksheets on curriculum integrates character education in 2013 have not been in it, so there needs to be an example of character worksheets that implements scientific approach to curriculum 2013 The purpose of this study is to obtain worksheets, determine eligibility and level of legibility, knowing the increase in cognitive learning outcomes, and to know the character development of students. The method in this study is an R & D (Research and Development). The study procedures include: (1) introduction, (2) design, (3) the development or testing of the product. The test results showed that the feasibility of LKS is very suitable to be used as a means of learning physics and easy to understand because the value of high legibility. Improved cognitive learning outcomes of students who have learning using worksheets higher than students who received learning without LKS.
